Booking Confirmation and Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total service fee on the day of the job. Please note that once a job is booked, the deposit is non-refundable.

*Cancellation *

If you need to cancel your pre booking service , we kindly request that you notify us at least 5 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within 5 hours of the scheduled service, we will charge the full amount of the booking as we have already reserved time and resources for your job.

Refunds for Prepaid Services:

If you have prepaid for a service and need to cancel with sufficient notice at least 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment , you may receive a refund for the service fee.

Service Disruptions or Errors

If there is an issue or mistake with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including offering an alternative solution or refund where appropriate.

Force Majeure

In the event day a service is not able to be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events), we will work to reschedule your appointment or issue a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
